We ship across the European Union — trackable parcel delivery, typically 3–7 working days. Free shipping on every order over €60.

Where we deliver

  • Germany (DE), Latvia (LV), Estonia (EE), Lithuania (LT) and 23 more EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  • The available delivery method is shown at checkout. If delivery to your address is not available, checkout will not complete.

Delivery times

  • Typical delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Timeframes shown on the site are indicative estimates based on typical performance and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary due to logistics, courier performance, seasonal peaks and other factors outside our reasonable control.
  • Orders are shipped in one shipment based on the latest applicable availability date. Partial shipments are not provided unless explicitly stated.

Shipping cost & free-shipping threshold

  • Free shipping on orders over €60.
  • Below the threshold, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment and depends on the destination and the chosen method.
  • Promotional shipping offers, if available, are shown on the website and/or at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided where available. Please monitor tracking updates and follow courier instructions.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate delivery information (name, address, phone, e-mail).
  • Make sure the name on the shipment matches the delivery identifier (mailbox/doorbell).
  • Respond to courier or customer-service contact attempts the same day.
  • If delivery information is incomplete or you are unreachable, delivery may fail — this is considered customer fault.

Failed delivery & re-delivery

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to customer fault (incorrect data, unreachable customer, failure to collect, refusal without valid justification), we are not obliged to refund.
  • Re-delivery is possible after payment of the applicable fee from our Fee Schedule.

Delays

You may request cancellation/refund for non-delivery only after the expiration of an extended delivery period of up to 30 calendar days. For orders with backorder/delayed items, this period is counted from the latest stated availability date.
