🌟 UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERS 🌟 (DETAILED EXPLANATION)

This information is intended for customers who would like to know more details about the current situation, as well as first-time buyers — to understand why order processing is currently taking longer. We aim to be transparent.

📩 If possible, please don’t send us WhatsApp messages like “Where is my order?”
In recent days we’ve been receiving over 100 messages per day, and much time is spent repeating the same information that is explained here. We work every day to dispatch as quickly as possible, and additional messages only slow the process. Please kindly wait — all orders will be fulfilled ❤️

📅 How it started

In mid-September, our website stated that a certain group of products was on the way and would arrive after 15 October. Later the date was updated to 24 October — that’s when we expected to receive the shipment.

Many customers placed advance orders, confirming they were willing to wait — when adding such items to the cart, a notice appeared that the item would be delivered later.

🚚 Why the delay occurred

This delay happened for reasons beyond our control:

  1. The Turkish brokers did not finalize export documents in time. Since the truck from Türkiye to Europe runs only once a week, even a one-hour delay with documents results in a one-week delay for the whole shipment.
  2. After dispatch, the shipment arrived in Lithuania, where the initial customs declaration is made for transit to Latvia. This time, all consignments intended for onward transport to Latvia were directed to the “red corridor”, which means detailed inspection of each box and document.
  3. This inspection took longer than usual. According to the carrier, the shipment will be released and delivered to Latvia (Riga) between 28 and 30 October.

⚙️ What’s happening now

All necessary documents have long been submitted by us to the brokers. We are fully ready to receive the shipment, verify it, pack, and send all orders in the order they were placed.

There are currently more than 500 orders in the queue, so processing will take a bit longer than usual. Rest assured — each order will be prepared carefully and dispatched as quickly as possible.
