Blackberry lozenge cake with coconut flakes

The Lukuma “shell” is made of blackberry syrup with an interlayer of white lozenges. Lukum is sweet, but not too much, diluted with the freshness of blackberries. 

The texture is very pleasant - moderately stretchy, not too hard and not too soft. Filling with a white, soft pastille with vanilla flavor.
