Explanation about Orders with Items on the Way
🕐 Why your order has not been shipped yet
Hello! If your order has not been shipped yet, please read the information below. Here you will find all the necessary explanations.
🚚 1. Some items are currently on the way from Türkiye
We are expecting a large delivery with dozens of different products. These items are already available to order, but they will arrive at our warehouse later. Under the “Add to cart” button you can see a notice that the item is on the way and an estimated date when it will be available.



✅ 2. During checkout you confirmed that you agree to wait
When you clicked “Add to cart”, a window appeared with a message:
- if you chose “No”, the item was not added to the cart;
- if you chose “Yes”, you confirmed that you agree to wait for the item’s delivery.
This window cannot be closed accidentally - it can only be closed by selecting one of the two options.
⏰ 3. Each item may have a different delivery date
Each item has its own arrival date. If your order contains several such items, we will ship the entire order after the latest date.
Example: one item is available after 15 October, another after 14 November → the order will be shipped after 14 November.
🧾 4. There is currently a delay (our apologies!)
Due to customs and logistics delays between Türkiye and Latvia, the current shipment is delayed by about a week. We expect it around 23–24 October.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience! Once the shipment arrives, we will immediately start checking, cutting/packaging, and assembling orders. There are many orders now (more than 300), and we will work in an intensified mode, including weekends.



🧮 5. How to check if your order is affected
If your order includes at least one item from the “On the way to us” category, it will be shipped after the arrival date of those items.

The images serve as examples to show where the notice and the confirmation window appear on the site. They do not show specific items, but illustrate how we inform customers. To see the list of items, use the category link above.
💬 7. When to contact us
If your order does not contain items from the “On the way to us” category but it has still not been shipped, please contact us — we will check the status and help.
