Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on the online store operated
by Ecombridge, Lithuania (“Company”, “we”, “our”).
1.2. By placing an order and completing payment, the customer (“you”, “your”, “client”) enters into a
legally binding agreement with the Company.
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1. By placing an order and making payment, you confirm that all information provided (name,
surname, address, phone number, e-mail) is complete and accurate.
2.2. You confirm that the order is genuine, not fraudulent or fictitious.
2.3. You agree to accept delivery of the order.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3.2. All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website and include VAT where
applicable.
3.3. Payment methods are listed in our Payment Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery times and conditions are specified in our Shipping Policy.
4.2. If the order contains items marked as “not yet in stock”, delivery times apply only after the
indicated availability date.
4.3. In case of force majeure (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural disasters), delivery may take
longer than usual. Refunds or cancellations cannot be requested before the maximum delivery
timeframe set out in the Shipping Policy.
5. Cancellations
5.1. Cancellation of an order is possible only with our confirmation.
5.2. If the order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
5.3. Where cancellation is accepted, a cancellation fee applies in accordance with our Fee
Schedule.
6. Returns and Withdrawal
6.1. Under EU law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw within 14 days.
6.2. As our products are food and perishable goods, they are not eligible for return once they
have been handed over to the courier.
6.3. The only exceptions are cases of missing or damaged items, which are handled as described
below.
7. Missing Items
7.1. Each order is checked against a packing list. Items not included are marked with a cross (X).
7.2. To claim compensation, you must provide a photo of the complete packing list and send it to
our support (WhatsApp or e-mail).
7.3. Compensation options:
- Promo code equal to the missing item’s value + a bonus, or
- Refund of the actual paid amount (after discounts) to the original payment account.
8. Damaged Products
8.1. If a product arrives damaged or spoiled, you must provide clear photo/video evidence.
8.2. Subjective complaints such as “taste” or “preference” are not valid reasons for refund.
8.3. Compensation options:
- Promo code equal to the product’s value, or
- Refund of the actual paid amount (after discounts) to the original payment account.
9. Refusal to Accept Delivery
9.1. If you refuse to accept delivery without valid justification, no refund will be provided.
9.2. All costs related to products, packaging, and shipping are considered incurred.
10. Re-Delivery (Customer Fault)
10.1. If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete information or uncollected parcels, re-delivery may
be arranged.
10.2. A re-delivery fee applies in accordance with our Fee Schedule.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
11.1. If a dispute or chargeback is initiated, the Company will provide evidence of proper fulfillment.
11.2. Refunds are only granted if the payment provider rules against the Company.
12. Promo Codes and Discounts
12.1. Promo codes can be combined if allowed by the system.
12.2. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12.3. Specific terms (validity, minimum order amount for free shipping, etc.) are displayed on the
website.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure or courier
errors beyond our control.
13.2. Liability is limited to the value of the order actually paid by the customer.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and, where applicable, EU consumer
protection regulations.
