Lokum with nut cream and crispy kadaif
This lokum is a special Eastern delight that combines several textures in one delicious bite. Its heart is a soft and thick hazelnut cream, hiding almond halves – they give each piece a pleasant nutty character.
The cream layer is surrounded by a light marshmallow mass, giving the lokum a light and gentle structure. The entire top of the sweetness is covered with kadaif – fine, crispy Turkish pastry strands that are sweet and add a crunchy accent to the dessert.
