Other Conditions
1. Order Cancellation Fee
1.1. Cancellation is possible only with our approval and only before the order has been handed over to the courier.
1.2. A cancellation fee of EUR 15.00 applies to cover administrative and processing costs.
1.3. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Re-Delivery Fee (Customer Fault)
2.1. If an order is returned to us due to customer fault, the customer must pay the cost of re-delivery before the order is shipped again.
2.2. Customer fault includes (but is not limited to): incomplete/incorrect personal data (name, surname, phone, e-mail, address), unreachable customer (including failure to respond to courier contact the same day), failure to respond to our e-mail request within 24 hours, failure to collect a parcel, refusal to accept delivery without valid justification.
2.3. The re-delivery fee is between EUR 9.00 and EUR 15.00, depending on courier tariffs and destination.
3. Refusal to Accept Delivery (Customer Fault)
3.1. If the customer refuses to accept delivery for personal reasons (e.g., changed their mind or decided not to receive the parcel), the Company reserves the right to withhold up to the full value of the order, to the extent permitted by law.
3.2. As our products are food and perishable goods, once the order has been handed over to the courier, it is not eligible for return, where applicable.
3.3. Even if a parcel is returned to us, the Company may retain the entire amount paid, to the extent permitted by law, because costs related to goods, packaging, shipping, and return handling are considered incurred once dispatched/handed over to the courier.
4. Chargebacks and Administrative Costs
4.1. If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Customer Support via WhatsApp (+37120682590) and allowing the Company up to fourteen (14) calendar days to respond and begin resolving the issue, the Company reserves the right to recover administrative and third-party costs to the extent permitted by law.
4.2. These costs start from EUR 15.00 and may be higher depending on actual expenses incurred.
5. Governing Law
5.1. This Fee Schedule is governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the European Union.
