👉 Delivery within the Baltic countries (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) usually takes place the next business day if the order is placed before 11:00

❗❗❗ Please note:
If an order is not collected from the parcel locker on time, or if the courier is unable to deliver it due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the customer, or other customer-related reasons, and the order is returned to our warehouse, the following process applies:
👉 Reshipment: the shipment is prepared again and resent after the undelivered order is returned to our warehouse and the service is paid for
👉 Processing fee: the customer must cover the costs of repeated preparation and shipment depending on the delivery country:
  • Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania – €7–12
👉 Order cancellation: if the customer refuses to pay for repeated processing and shipment, the order is cancelled. €15 or 30% (whichever is higher) is deducted from the order amount, and the remaining balance is refunded to the customer

If an order is not collected on time or cannot be delivered by the courier due to incorrect address details, inability to contact the customer, or other customer-related reasons, and the order is returned to our warehouse, the following process applies:
