The Lokum "shell" is made from kiwi-apple syrup with a layer of white pastille. The Lokum is not overly sweet, balanced with the freshness of kiwi and apple. The texture is very pleasant – moderately chewy, not too hard and not too soft. Filled with a white, delicate vanilla-flavored pastille. A perfect summer treat!
