Orange delight with vanilla pastille and coconut flakes

The coating of the lokum is made from orange syrup with a layer of white lozenge in between. The filling is made from orange juice. The lokum is sweet, but not overly so, diluted with the freshness of orange. The texture is very pleasant – moderately stretchy, neither too hard nor too soft. The filling is with a white, gentle pastille with a vanilla flavor.

Lukums with a light tartness and a very beautiful orange color. Ideal combination of acidity and sweetness! Vanilla pastila reminds of the classic white marshmallow flavor, only with a denser and less airy texture.
