Payment Policy
1. General
1.1. This Payment Policy is part of the contractual agreement between you and Ecombridge UAB, Lithuania (“Company”, “we”, “our”).
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to explain how payments are accepted, processed, and refunded.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1. We accept the payment methods indicated on our website during checkout, which may include
credit and debit cards, online banking, Klarna, and other listed providers.
2.2. The available payment methods depend on the customer’s country and are displayed at the
checkout stage.
2.3. Payments must be completed in the currency shown on the website at the time of order.
3. Payment Completion
3.1. An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
3.2. Partial payments or unpaid balances are not accepted unless specifically stated.
3.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid and has
sufficient funds.
4. Klarna Payments
4.1. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions.
4.2. Klarna may perform its own eligibility checks before approving payment.
4.3. The Company is not responsible for Klarna’s decisions or processes.
5. Security of Payments
5.1. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers using encryption and other
industry-standard security measures.
5.2. The Company does not store credit card details or other sensitive payment information.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
6.2. Refunds are always processed to the same payment account used for the original purchase.
6.3. Refund amounts are limited to the actual paid value of the product after discounts or promo
codes.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1. If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute, the Company will provide all necessary
evidence to the payment provider.
7.2. Refunds are only made if the payment provider decides against the Company.
7.3. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, the Company reserves the right to recover associated
costs from the customer in accordance with applicable law.
8. Additional Fees
8.1. Any additional fees related to cancellations, re-delivery, or other special cases are outlined in
our Fee Schedule.
8.2. These fees are separate from the purchase price and must be paid before the related service is
performed.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of Lithuania and, where applicable, EU consumer
protection regulations.
