Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal

1. General
1.1. This Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy forms part of the contractual agreement between you and Ecombridge UAB, Lithuania (“Company”, “we”, “our”).
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to explain the conditions under which withdrawal or returns are possible.
2. Right of Withdrawal under EU Law
2.1. According to EU consumer protection law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.2. This right of withdrawal, however, has exceptions under EU legislation.
3. Exclusion for Food and Perishable Goods
3.1. As our Company exclusively sells food and perishable products, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the goods have been handed over to the courier.
3.2. For health protection and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned once shipped.
4. Exceptions: Missing or Damaged Items
4.1. If an item is missing from your order, you must provide evidence in accordance with our internal process (photo of the packing list sent to our support contact).
4.2. If an item is damaged or spoiled, you must provide clear photo or video evidence.
4.3. In such cases, you may choose between:
- a promo code for the value of the missing or damaged item (plus a bonus as specified in your packing list), or
- a refund of the amount actually paid for the item (after discounts) to the original payment account.
5. Refusal to Accept Delivery
5.1. If you refuse to accept delivery without valid justification, this is not considered a valid
withdrawal.
5.2. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
6. Re-Delivery
6.1. If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect customer information or an uncollected parcel, this is not considered a withdrawal.
6.2. Re-delivery can be arranged after payment of the applicable fee according to our Fee
Schedule.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of Lithuania and, where applicable, EU consumer
protection regulations.
8. Withdrawal Form
8.1. Although food products are excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal right, we provide the
standard EU Withdrawal Form template below, as required by law.
